Candle Care & Safety
How can I prevent my candle from "tunneling"?
To get the most out of your candle, ensure that the first burn lasts long enough for the melted wax pool to reach all the way to the edges of the jar (usually 2 to 3 hours). This establishes a "wax memory" and ensures an even burn for the lifetime of the candle.
Why do I need to trim the wick?
Trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before every single burn is the secret to a great candle experience. It prevents the flame from getting too large, keeps black soot to a minimum, and stops a "mushroom" shape from forming on top of the wick.
What kind of wax do you use?
We hand-pour all of our candles using a 100% natural soy wax blend sourced from American-grown soybeans. It burns cleaner and lasts significantly longer than traditional paraffin wax.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to get my order?
We hand-pour and pack every order with love. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order hits the road.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to more international destinations in the near future!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent! If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your unburned, unused candle within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Ingredients & Sustainability
Are your fragrances safe?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All of our fragrance oils are 100% phthalate-free, paraben-free, and strictly adhere to IFRA (International Fragrance Association) safety standards. They are safe for pets and children when burned responsibly.
Can I recycle or reuse the candle jar?
Yes, please do! Once about 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom, stop burning the candle. Pour hot water into the jar to float the remaining wax to the top, let it cool, remove the wax disc, and wash the jar with warm, soapy water. They make excellent planters, pencil holders, or bathroom organizers.
