At Old Town Candle Co., we're dedicated to getting your beautiful candles to you safely and efficiently. We also understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer various shipping options, with costs calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (where available).
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package.
Shipping Destinations:

Domestic: We ship to all contiguous 48 states in the USA.

International: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Old Town Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your Old Town Candle Co. purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Sale items, gift cards, and custom/private label orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: To start a return, please email us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as they cannot be processed.

Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
